Why now?

Time to Embrace Change and Seek Clarity

So why is NOW the time to figure out what you really want? Why not tomorrow, next week, or next year?

We’ve all been reminded—especially recently—that life is full of ups and downs and that we don't have complete control.

So what are we waiting for? There is no perfect time. Let’s drop our excuses and start taking action, even if that just means allowing ideas to start to excite you instead of shutting them down.

Rising to the Challenges

We will always have challenges, right? Some are the big, overwhelming kind that keep us up at night, making us worry about things beyond our control. Others are the small, everyday battles, like the balagan (Hebrew for chaos) of the morning routine.

But instead of letting them defeat us, we can take action and decide to rise to meet those challenges head-on. Facing them with courage and determination.

When was the last time you faced a challenge and came out stronger on the other side? Maybe it was something as simple as getting through a hectic day with a smile or as significant as standing up against an injustice. Each time you rise, you grow.

And in this ever-changing world, especially with the rising tide of antisemitism, it's more important than ever to find that inner strength.

Holding Fast to What Matters

It’s time to tune into and hold on tight to what matters most. To get up every single time you fall, even when it feels like the ground has been pulled out from under you.

It's about riding the waves with ease when you can and pushing through with strength when you must. Some days, it’s a graceful dance; other days, it’s a gritty battle. And that's okay.

Just like a rollercoaster, there are ups and downs, twists and turns. But no matter what, you hold on tight and enjoy the ride.

And when you’re in tune with what truly matters—your community, your family, your sense of meaning and purpose—you can navigate the ride with confidence and grace.

Supporting our Loved Ones

Being a mom is one of the toughest jobs out there, right? And it’s not about being perfect. It’s about supporting your loved ones by example as best you can, even when you feel like you’re barely holding it together.

It’s about offering more encouragement than impatience, enduring even when it feels impossible, and empathizing even when it’s tough to relate.

It’s about embracing it all—the good, the bad, and the ugly—even when your kids don’t want a hug. (And when that happens, respect their wishes, and next time they do want a hug, drop whatever you’re doing and give ‘em one!).

The Work and the Reward

Let’s be honest—the work isn’t always easy. Taking the time to reflect, to understand yourself, to grow—it can be challenging. There is no quick fix—it can take a long time.

But oh, the reward is great. When you invest in yourself, when you take the time to figure out what you really want, you can start to really feel alive.

Imagine waking up each day knowing that you’re living a life that is true to who you are. Imagine the impact you can have on your family, your community, and the world when you’re living from a place of strength and clarity.

It’s worth the effort, I promise.

The Time is Now

So, why now? Because there’s no better time than the present to start living the life you truly want. The world is changing, and with it, the challenges we face. But with change comes opportunity. The opportunity to grow, to learn, to become the person you’re meant to be.

You’re standing at a crossroads. If the path you’re on right now feels rooted, nourishing, empowering, and nimble—that’s awesome, and keep going!

But if the path you’ve been walking more times than not makes you feel lost, scared, unsure, worried, and paralyzed with doubt or fear, you are likely in for a very rocky ride as things become more—not less—unstable in the world. The choice is yours, and the time is now.

In the end, it's all about creating a life that feels good on the inside, not just one that looks good on the outside. It's about finding your purpose, your passion, and your strength. So go ahead, take that first step. Your truly great life is waiting for you.
