The Vision behind TGL

Hey there! Welcome to Truly Great Life – or TGL, as I like to call it. This is your online space for exploring what makes life truly great. Ever wondered what you really want out of life? Or how to appreciate what you already have while making positive changes? Well, you're in the right place! Here at TGL, it’s all about embracing more strength, curiosity, and play instead of guilt, shame and overwhelm.

While I am a coach, mentor, and guide, I’m also a kid-at-heart-yet-old-soul mom and wife.  Like you, I've been through the wringer, faced challenges I never saw coming, and learned some pretty hard lessons along the way. But those lessons have helped shape me into the person I am today. I love exploring personal development, positive psychology, vocation and career, Judaism, spirituality, energy work and philosophy. Sounds like a mouthful, right? It’s the multipotentialite in me, and I’ve finally learned to embrace it.  

I’m here to support you in creating, pursuing, and expanding your truly great life journey - as a unique creative incredible human being, and in your roles and responsibilities.
