Hi there

I have been passionately exploring what makes for a truly great life for decades.

A big part of that exploration has revolved around meaningful work.

It really started my last year of college when graduation was no longer a far-away event and it was time to figure out what was next. This was in the mid 1990s, and the advice I was given was more about the externals - what I studied, what my skills were, what would pay the bills. It jarred with my gut feel, and I was super stressed about life after college.

I wasn’t yet ready to fully own what really interested me and what I really felt called to.

I wasn’t yet ready to take action on what was truly important and meaningful for me in my career.

And while this led to a long and winding road work-wise for over 20 years, I was able to create and raise a family at the same time. And having a family is a big part of what I always wanted and valued.

And I was able to dig a lot deeper, embrace what emerged, and start experimenting with sharing that more authentic (I know, I know, such an overused word nowadays) side of me in the ‘real world’.

There have been MANY detours, relocations, adventures and (thank God!) blessings along the way. Once I started to see them as part of a journey and not as failure in a linear, imaginary, ladder of success, things shifted.

As I developed more clarity and alignment with my calling, purpose and what's really important, I was able to be more present, joy-full, loving and grateful in my life and in my roles as wife, mom, coach, friend, daughter, neighbor…..  and it all keeps evolving and expanding.

I hope to help inspire and equip you to live with more authenticity, joy and meaning

…however you understand and define your truly great life.

While I’ve been working with clients since 2018, it's taken a long time to be ready to share more publicly like this. I finally decided that all my writings and plans, trainings and grand ideas are not going to do anyone any good locked in my brain or piled up in my office.

What do you have tucked away that could really help someone if you chose to share it?

It is time for all of us to contribute to the conversation of what is a truly great life. If nothing else, I hope you are inspired to take action yourself, to let your light shine and to share the music that's in you, because it's really what we're here for.  ♡
